Communication & Response Policy

Thanks for caring about how to best communicate with me. I really appreciate it and it helps everything run more smoothly for both of us.

I aim to respond to messages within 48 business hours. Often it's sooner. But I build in a buffer so I can give each client (including you!) the focus they deserve.

Email is my preferred mode of communication. It’s where I track project threads, organize requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I keep a zero inbox and rely on it to keep projects moving smoothly.

Texting is great for real-time collaboration, like when we’re actively building together or troubleshooting something urgent. For everything else, email is the way to go.

I reserve Tuesdays and Wednesdays for deep work with my two-day build clients. During those days, I’m usually off the grid and fully immersed in their project. If you reach out then, I may not reply until Thursday or Friday. When it’s your turn, you’ll get the same undivided attention and focus.
