I respond to messages within 48 business hours. Often it’s sooner. I build in this buffer so each client gets thoughtful, focused support.
Email is my primary communication channel.
It’s where I track requests, manage project threads, and keep work organized so nothing slips through the cracks.
Texting is reserved for active build windows.
If we’re in the middle of your sprint, feel free to text. That helps us move quickly in real time. Outside your sprint, I am usually deep in another client’s build and protecting that focus. For everything else, please use email so your request is tracked and handled properly.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are dedicated build days.
During these deep work days, I am often offline and fully immersed in a client project. Messages sent then may receive a reply Thursday or Friday. When it’s your build window, you receive the same level of focus and attention.
