Why I Build Custom Websites in Two Days
The origin story and strategy behind my favorite way to work

How the Two-Day Website Build Began
A few years ago, a client received a proposal from me, but she needed time to save up before starting.
By the time she returned, ready to go, my business had grown. My services, my pricing, and my time structure had all evolved.
I wanted to honor the effort she had made—and the trust she placed in me—without ignoring how my business had matured.
So I created a solution: a time-bound website build.
If we could focus in, collaborate closely, and move quickly, I could still deliver a strategic, custom site that met both of our needs.
What started as a one-time favor turned into the foundation of my favorite way to work.
Why Two Days Works Better—for Everyone
Today, almost all of my custom website design projects follow my signature Two-Day Website Build model.
Longer builds are now the exception, not the rule—and honestly, I love it.
During those two days, I get to step fully into my client’s world:
their voice, their colors, their goals.
No bouncing between projects. No weeks of delays.
No half-remembered conversations that slow everything down.
Instead, we co-create in real time, building something thoughtful, strategic, and truly alive while the momentum is fresh.
Laser focus means better websites—and better results.
Fast Doesn’t Mean Rushed. It Means Aligned.
When we work in a tight, focused window, less gets forgotten.
More gets translated.
Clarity stays high. Confidence stays high.
You’re not left wondering what's happening.
I'm not stepping away and losing the thread.
We’re fully in it together—and you walk away with a site that actually feels like you and moves your business forward.
It’s not just about getting it done fast.
It’s about getting it done right.
Why I’ll Never Go Back
The Two-Day Build model lets me honor my clients' momentum—and my own.
It taps into the way I work best: deep focus, real collaboration, and tangible results.
It’s fast, but it’s not rushed.
It’s strategic, but it’s still full of heart.
And honestly?
I can’t imagine building websites any other way.
